By using this website and purchasing hair extensions or synthetic wigs from My Hair Destiny, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

My Hair Destiny is an online-only store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling synthetic hair extensions, wigs, and related accessories through myhairdestiny.com. We currently do not operate a public retail or walk-in location; all orders are placed through our website and fulfilled via delivery.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, styles, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or device display differences.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Payments

My Hair Destiny currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only available payment method.
Customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash to our courier partner at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent, fake, or a prank submission.
We reserve the right to decline service to customers/numbers with a history of repeated refused COD deliveries.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted strictly according to our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

We offer a 3-day exchange window for items with a genuine manufacturing defect.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with the security tag intact.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect shade/texture/size selection.
You are entitled to a full replacement or refund for non-delivery, wrong item sent, or items damaged in transit — see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Please contact us before sending any item back, as unapproved returns cannot be guaranteed processing.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 2–4 working days, though this may vary depending on your location.
My Hair Destiny is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping is free on all orders within Pakistan.

6. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information (name, address, phone number) at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
